Registration & Security
Log in via SSO; you must provide accurate personal details. Treat login details as strictly confidential; report any misuse immediately. Accounts are non-transferable; unauthorised multiple use is prohibited.
Permitted Use
Searching, matching and making contact solely for the purpose of initiating/implementing legitimate projects. Use of communication functions (chat, calls) in a professional context. Respectful, non-discriminatory interaction.
Prohibited use
Automated data extraction/scraping, reverse engineering, circumvention of security features. Sending spam/unsolicited advertising, dissemination of harmful content or malware. Violations of copyright, trademark, data protection, competition or personal rights.
Content & Rights
Users are responsible for their own content and warrant that they hold the necessary rights. By posting content, a simple, geographically unrestricted licence to use the content for display within the platform is granted (revocable, provided that no statutory retention obligations preclude this).
Suspension & Sanctions
Where there are concrete indications of legal violations, misuse or risks, we may remove content, restrict functions or suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. Changes to the Terms of Use We may amend these Terms of Use with 30 days’ notice. Objection entitles the user to terminate their use. Applicability of the Terms and Conditions & Conclusion The platform’s Terms and Conditions apply in addition. German law applies; place of jurisdiction for merchants: Dortmund.
